Mo Dnr Privatized?

It was brought to my attention that the MO DnR is privatized?? What brought this about and how did it take place? ( I write articles for outdoor publications and I like to be involved with issues that pertain to the DNR since they always get the shaft here in Illinois) A little insight would be great!

Yeah it's privatized and I'm the Chairm....uh, I'm the President of it. That's the ticket.
It cost me a couple mill...uh $38 Billion dollars that I had laying around in my Savin....ah checking account. That's the ticket. I'm also dating Morgan Fairchild.

I belived everything till the Morgan Farichild part......If you would have said "Charo" ....might have let that slip. CUUCHI-CUCHI!

I was wondering if anyone remembers the John Lovitt's Liar character from Saturday Night Live back in the 80's.
Charo was in Branson last Summer. Hope my wife's body looks that good when she gets that old.
