Default Some more jigs. On their way to Florida.

Here is some kiptail jigs I made for a guy who I believe is now a member of CDC. He is leaving next week for Florida to pre-fish and then fish the first two Crappie Master tournaments of the year. These are a model that I tie in a willow leaf spinner in the belly section of the jig. They have been deadly on Truman this last summer when tied them with a marabou or hackle tail. These in the pictures are made of kiptail for less action in the winter time. My I-phone for some reason makes the Electric Chicken ones look like orange and chartruse. I guess I need to buy a nice camera for the boat and taking better pictures of my jigs to get the true colors out of them. But any way you will get the idea.

Looks great Jared. Do you make some in 1/8oz? Would sure like to try some out this year.

Ya these were 1/16 oz but all I use for my self is 1/8 oz. SO yes I can make some in 1/8 oz to try out. I have gave several jigs of differant styles out to local CDC guys and they have had good success with them so far. But this style I have not gave to any one yet. They are kind of a pain or I should say more time consuming to tie than a normal style jig. I will post some pics of some other jigs I tie also.

The first two pictures are of some 1/8 oz head jigs with a #8 hook special order for a guy down by Osage Bluff he ordered a 100 of them total. The rest are just some oddballs I have been tying and trying. Started tying just to have some thing a little differant to throw at the fish than everyone else and I also can make color combos that I can not buy in a plastic bait.
