Prayers from Kearney, Jared....I'm very curious to the outcome cuz I've been battling it myself for some time. Not taking the regiment of drugs you are (yet!) but concerned about what the future looks like. Good luck, buddy!

They say that most will cure with time and the right exercise program. But we gave mine 6 months and nothing so under the knife I go, Should be real simple from what Dr. Bamber the surgeon told me. Two weks of no activity and then back to normal everyday things ater that. I am so sick of taking pain meds it will be nice to get off them. I have a hard time swallowing pills so always hated taking pills. I will let you know in a few weeks how it turns out.
Bout out but sure I will get some good ones after surgery. They do not do much for my leg pain but did help when all the pain was in my back. After PT back feels better and standing up straight again but now all my leg pain from that nerve is back in my knee and ankle area and my big toe. Boy it hurts like heck at times. I added a litttle liquid cough and cold medicine with them last night and heck I slept almost 4 hours. Better than the normal 1 or 1 1/2 I usually get before I wake up hurting.
Hope all goes well ,,we will be having good thoughts for you
