I think I posted a pic of my son's nice buck, I'll try to download mine from the cell phone (been having some problems with the phone so don't know if it will work or not). We are set for venison for the rest of the year! It was a good one for sure.
    Congrats gentlemen!

Tom looks like the boy got the eating deer out of the way. Now you all can hunt some horns.

Yep he did put meat in the freezer, he has not hunted with me in 2 years and wanted to hunt this year so we went. He even said he wanted to go fishing! I think I am more excited then he was since he is a senior this year and will be off to college next year. He has been my hunting and fishing partner since he was 6 years old and it just has not been the same without him. Once deer season is over I am going to take him fishing and hope to put him on some good ones.

Hope it goes well on the fishing trip as well as it did on the hunt. Don't you know high school kids are to smart and cool to hang with their dad. Glad he is growing up and wanting to hang with you in the outdoors. Nothing better than fishing with a son or daughter for sure.

Those are some nice deer fellas. I shot a doe on Sunday and the only sign of a buck I seen was when I heard him grunt right after she hit the ground. Go figure!
