    guess you will start fishing for salmon so you can have some smoked fish???? looks good, does the horse on there mean you are smoking horse meat? never saw that emblem before............

    I learned about these on a website Smoking-meat.com it is a great website and they have a great forum allot like CDC, the people are very help full and very knowledgeable. Very friendly folks.
    Dinner will be in about 20 more minutes, I have some country style ribs and a couple of fatties on there (if you want to know what smoking a fatty is look it up on that website )

    Nice Job Quinn! I know its a rural area up there where you live. And I will forgive you for not having any red and white paint. But I am sure if you would have asked one of us would have sent you some! Don't know whats worse, denver or oakland.
