I haven't heard that. There is another Everhart's in Jeff City. Maybe that is the one?

There is one in Jeff. City that is owned by someone other than the Everhart's family. It very well may be going out of bussiness. I seen the old state record spoonbill mount that was up there is now here in town at our Everhart's. But I have no for sure facts that is is going out of business.

According to the radio the one in Jeff is closing,big sale on all items.

Yes the Jeff City store is going out, most items are 20% off which now gets them in line with Bass pro and other stores.

Yea, it is the Jeff City store. I never did much business there, they was always too overpriced.

Never made it in that store either. The old store here in Clinton was owned by the people that have the one in Jeff. City. They were overpriced also. The new Everhart's here in town is right in line with Bass Pro and Cabelas amd a lot of there items are cheaper than you can find it other places. If there is something you want there that you think is over priced based on the big chain sporting goods stores just tell them and a lot of the time they will make it good. Also if they do not carry something you are after ask them and a lot of the time they will start carring it.

Not to mention them boys all seem like a pretty good bunch. Besides, it's gotta be pretty good spot if they let Jared just come in, sit down and loaf. I like a place that will let ya loaf.

Don't do that to me! Me old heart skipped a beat I don't get up there as much as I'd like and for the sake of my wallet that's a very good thing.
