The info I get from this site has helped me a lot, but now I'd like to ask you guys something off topic. Hope you don't mind and that it doesn't upset the site owners.... But, Has anyone seen any sightings or signs of hogs in the area? I need some bacon :-)

I saw a couple of them in a bean field off 23 Hwy just North of WW. That's just a few miles South of WAFB. I was surprised to see them there.

Down around the Clinton area they had a hog season last year. You could take them with whatever means necessary. I haven't got in on this yet, but I heard you could take them with dogs or a 44, it didn't matter. My friend said that if I do get in, I need to get some sort of test kit to test for certain things to make sure the hog was edible. They are getting closer and closer to KC and the farmers will happily let you come and kill them for free. They eat and destroy everything in site, but they sure taste damn good.

Hi guys, thanks for the replies... I am in Springfield and was hoping to find some around stockton or truman area. But South Point, I'll talk to my hunting buddy and see if we can figure something out... would love to be able to get some hogs and help a fellow crappie fisher too. Keep me posted if you are still seeing them there.
