    Robins resort 573-348-2275 lake rd 54-29 is a nice place on the glaize,Alhonna on horseshoe bend 573-365-2634 is good if you're wanting to fish the lower lake gravois area.

    Thanks for chiming in Bugs.... We've stayed at Robins Resort several times in the last few years - very nice place, and the owners are wonderful. Definitely will go back there again (and again). This time though, we're wanting to try and get farther down the lake a bit and hopefully into some less choppy water. Last time we were down and stayed there was within a week of 7/4, and it was CRAZY.
    I'll look into the Alhonna one.
    Teach your kids to hunt and fish and you won't have to hunt for your kids !!

    I'll look into the Alhonna one.
    The boat traffic will be pretty heavy around Alhonna but it's close to where you had some success earlier in the year.Bear bottom resort is on the osage above the hurricand deck bridge and would be a little quieter.
