BPS lists the Hobbs Creek 865 with reel at $114 new. The Dogwood rod lists at $55 new. I have no idea what they are worth on the used market. I was hoping to trade for one or two Crappie rods depending on the quality and if they were new or used.

You could use them for jig poles .I used a Cabelas White River 9' 8wt. fly rod for a crappie jig pole last weekend . It worked just as well as my B&M rods and was lighter , and well balanced with a ultralight spinning reel attached .
