Thread: prayers needed

this morning i heard that a good friend of mine has cancer that is inoperable. they will start with an aggressive chemical treatment later this week.

his name is Kyoung Wook Kim. he goes by Ace. Ace Kim is the most likable person i have ever met. Ace was a wife and 2 little girls.

never a bad idea to tell those you care about most how you feel about them and how important they are to you.

Some wisdom that you might pass on to your friend.

Doctors aren't always right. My stepmother has terminal cancer. According to the doctors she was supposed to be gone about 7 years ago.

Appreciate each day that you have. She used to get depressed trying to figure out why. I told her she shouldn't dwell on that. For whatever reason the good lord has given her extra time to enjoy life and family, so she should embrace that gift.

If you wouldn't mind tell him that there is a Redneck in Iraq thinking of him and his family. Adding them in his list of prayers.
