lowrance update

last tuesday i called back again for the 5 time and i fainlly got sum one to listen to me about what is goin on. he got ALL my money refunded to me that they took out last month and got it back on thursday last week. on friday he called me back and said that they have found my unit that they miss placed and that they would replace it with a free upgrade to a hds 5.and that it would be sent out on friday morning and i got it yesterday so i was very pleased with how he took his time to track all this stuff down.then i got home today and had another package at the door from navco/lowrance i opened it up and there were4 boxes in one big box. so the frist box i opened was another hds 5,2nd box was a hds 7,3rd was my x25c , and the 4th was the box and cables to network them togather

so i call david back tonight and told him that i got the hds5 yesterday and today i got this big box and see what was goin on

he told me that the hds 5 was my replacement for the x 25 c and to keep it
the hds 5 in the big box was also mine for the problems that i had with them and the hds 7 was a upgrade for that hds 5 and the cables and box went with it
the x25c was mine that they found and was to returned to me but its a new one and hooked up to the boat and it works great

so in in the box was to be hds7 w/box,networkcables and my OLD unit
so he said he would call me back and let me know what to do
at 545 tonight he called back and in his own word were
" there yours to keep we screwed up to many time and sent you tomany units and thats on us so ENJOY them"
so now i have 2hds5, one hds7w/networkcable and a new x25c andmy hds8 thats on my boat already so if my dad doesnt want them for his boat ill sell them on here frist cheap for u all

so all in all now i am very pleased with lowrance:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
