"The non smoking is going fairly well, definitely not a cold-turkey, I have had about 5 in the past two weeks. Considering I was a pack a day habit I think that is pretty good. I am still chewing but about a half can a day working my way away from that as well."

5 per day = not bad = you are almost there = thanks for serving our country = never give up = that is unless you are giving up a bad habit!

Best of luck with the insurance company, not that I would want them to play favorites, but wouldn't mind it if they treated you a little extra special

No that is 5 total over two weeks, not 5 a day. I have to say that all my dealings with businesses and companies are usually extremely pleasant when they find out I am military. There are some benefits which I take advantage of when possible.

Sorry to hear about your wife having a car wreck...first thing, I'm glad she's okay. Your insurance should come through for you...if they don't get what you can then drop them. Thanks for your service supporting our freedom. God speed on a safe return back to the good ol' USA.

I'm glad to see the battles of all kinds are going well for you.
I think the benefits you take advantage of should be entitled to folks like you. Good luck and god bless you and your family. I can't wait to meet you some day, I get down to "Bob Knoster" a few times a year :D

Default I am sorry Redneck for both you and your wife.

I have also been there myself.

I was hit by a Nigerian exchange student when I lived in Jefferson City, MO several years ago. What this kid did was go and get insurance then went and got his car license then went back to the insurance company and canceled his car insurance.

He had the nerve to tell me that I should feel sorry for him since he was a visitor to our country. Well since he was a member of my church at the time, stupid me, I didn't get a lawyer. I turned it into my State Farm agent and it was a real mess. There wasn't enough damage for my insurance company to cover. I had a high deductable back then. I even contacted some law makers in Jefferson City about changing the law. And we all know that didn't help!

I finally got mad because this jerk was continuing to drive without any insurance and also becoming a major free loader at the church. I had people at church tell me to forgive and forget. Well this southern redneck hillbilly may forgive but I don't forget. I finally went to him and kindly told him what happens to people who mess with rednecks . Told him myself and some of my redneck buddies might have to give him a visit to collect :D. That kind of opened the boys eyes a little and I finally did get my money!

Ah maybe if I had known Beagleman back then I wouldn't have had any problems!
