Thread: impressed again

Posted earlier this year about some paperwork I needed from the IRS.I thought it would be a nightmare..spent about an hour on hold and being transfered..that was expected.Once I got a hold of someone,he was more than helpfull,in fact the papers needed were faxed to me as we were still talking,and the official hard copy came in the mail in 10 days.

Well,after tearing the house apart trying to find the title to a truck I'm selling,I gave up and went to DMV to apply for a new one.That was tue. the 2nd of march.I had it in my mailbox sat. morning,a couple hours short of 4 days..thats incredible.

Its too bad that these 2 incidents were remarkable in the service I recieved,I guess we should always expect it to be the norm,but that ain't reality.

Anyways,just wanted to post something positive..maybe I'll get good Karma for the upcoming season:rolleyes:
