HAVE BEEN SHUT OFF IN SPRINGFIELD MO. DUE TO A SUPREME COURT RULEING YESTERDAY,,,,THEY MESSED UP AND GAVE A RED LIGHT TICKET TO A RETIRED MO.HWY.P TROLL PERSON,,,,,HE CHALLANGED IT AND WON TOOK IT ALL THE WAY TO THE MO.SUPREME COURT,,THAY FOUND IN HIS FAVOR THAT THE CITY WAS WRONG IN WAY THE APPEAL PART WAS SET UP
NOW THERE IS A CLASS ACTION SUIT TO REFUND ALL TICKET FINES AS THE LIGHTS WERE SET AS A TRAP,(IF U PULLED UP AND STOPPED AND THEN TURNED RIGHT AS THE LAW ALLOWS U GOT A TICKET FOR RUNNING A RED),,,,,WWW.KY3 DID HAVE THE STORY
THIS JUST MAY DO AWAY WITH THESE BLOOD SUCKERS STATE WIDE

Columbia, MO, had to turn 'em off, too. Something about them taking photos of folks who weren't even close to running a red. ???

I was wondering...could you take a picture of the money and send that in to pay your fine?

yep,,they also had the yellow timed too fast,,most are at 4.5 to 5 sec on till change these were timed at 3.5 sec....jerks

till they send back a picture of a jail cell..just saying

That deal in Springfield was just a loophole ,like stated above.It was a problem with which office was handleing the appeals and paperwork,bet your bottom dollar they come back on as soon as the lawyers straighten it all out.

Mine either.

But the big "CITY" of Fayette has a flashing yellow light. ONE flashing yellow light.

I have a $100 ticket to pay before the end of the month to KC because of them things.

We had to shut our camera down here in Madisonville. The guy taking the pictures kept falling off of the pole and broke our Brownie Hawkeye camera.

You think the fine for running a red here is bad? Visit California where the minimum is $375, yep, you read it right! Three hundred and seventy five dollars!
I never got a ticket, but saw the strobes flash on plenty of drivers that ran them just in front of me. Seems people out there are always in a terrible hurry and it sure is great to be back in Mo. where the pace is a lot slower
