Here's what I'm thinking happened CN, correct me if I'm wrong cause I can't follow every thread over here in MO.
Jackb had a bad date on Tuesday. Things were going swimmingly until they stopped in a the local pub for a drink and just happened to run into Adjust. Well, just after the introductions were made of Jack's date to Adjust, Adjust's favorite song - Big Green Tractor came on and you know how he is when the music hits him, he's just gotta dance. Well, being the polite sort, he of course asked if it was ok to dance with Jack's date. Well, the song was singing and Adjust was swaying and Jack was getting madder and madder with every note and sway. When the song was over, Adjust brought the date back to Jack and things seemed to simmer down until the date excused herself for the little girls room. That's when things went South.....or at least as South as they can go in MO anyway.
Adjust - Dude, where'd you pick up the dude?
Jack - Dude?
Adjust - Dude.
Jack - Dude?
Adjust - Dude. 2 words....Adams Apple.
Jack - Naw dude.
Adjust - Dude, Dude!
Well, ole Jack finished the evening studying his dates every curve, hair and bulge. In one way, plainly a chick. In a different light, questionable at best. Well, ole Jack never did get his good night kiss. And it bothered him. He hasn't slept since. Wondering whether he got lucky or whether he missed his opportunity to get lucky. And it's been gnawing on him ever since. To allevieate the stress, he's taken up kicking his dog. Then all of a sudden, he realized Beagle is a type of dog and Beagleman is a dog afficianado. And ever since then, he's had a vendetta against ole Beagle.
So, did I get all that about right CN? I mean, I did skim some of the threads and I may have missed a couple of things along the way, but I know the jist is there.
Wannabe...
I can't say a word, Wannabe (shaking head up and down). Since you can't always be here to have my back, I have to be very careful. I've "heard" that Jackb has ties to the mafia, him being Italian and all.
Me being Blah Vader/Blab Vader and WB being WB, we obviously don't need a response from you as we just make it up as we go. BUT.... being as polite as we both are, we try to include you from time to time, Jack===> just to make ourselves feel better. :D
Not at all. I simply did not want to embarrass you online. First, I don't even KNOW the beagleman. Second, I do not have a dog nor would I ever kick one. Now to the date. Being 61, slightly overweight and balding it's a little tough to get a date. A friend of mine hooked me up with Match.com. Well I joined and after going thru 29 points of compatability, it matched me up with your mom. When I picked her up at the trailer, I was a little dismayed to see she bore a striking resembalance to Chewbaca, (the Wookie from Star Wars). Being the gentleman that I am I went on the date anyway. We did meet up with Adjust555. To set the record straight, Adjust is a chiropractor who does adjustments for $5.55. He did in fact dance with your mom. I did NOT get mad that he danced with her. I got mad 'cause he kept trying to hustle her "to fix that hump". We were having a fine evening; she liked my jokes; Me; "Ever seen Ronnie Milsaps wife?" your mom "' No" Me. "Neither has he" At that point is when she went to the ladies room and confided a little later that she laughed so hard she leaked a little pee and had to change her Depends. I asked "How come you named your son Wannabe?" She said cause you always wannabe something. Most of all you wanted to become an actor. After graduation from high school at 26 (she was SO proud) it was off to Hollywood where you finally caught a break and got parts in two movies; "Brokeback Mountain" and "Deliverance" your rolls were as a "supporting" actor but you became disillusioned with acting since both parts required you being face down your entire time on screen, and your friends only recognized you from that angle. Well, I dropped her back off at the trailer and that was the end of the date. So now you have the whole story.
