after the killing, lay whisle pig on his back, make two small cuts along the back legs, pull hide till loose, hang on two nails or have partner hold back legs, pull hide to head, remove same, gut the pig, wash well, remove back strap, seperate other body parts, wash , let set in fridge couple days, best darn meat going, mmmmmgooood

why do they call them whistle pigs, cause they let out a whistle when scart. and they can climb a tree.
