Get a bag of pork rinds and crush them using a rolling pin.
Mix 50/50 with cornmeal or flour, with all the flavors of pork rinds you
can buy now, should find one you might like.

I've only seen Andy's yellow and red. I guess you'd call the red-cajun

novice that was pretty much it, or to refine it. one half can of yellow corn meal one half can of white corn meal, powdered kind. oz mrs dash, one tea spoon of marjoran, pinch of mustard powder, and I use original cajun seasoning. I like mine hot, most dont, so mix as much cajun seasoning to your taste, this is only my recipe,SHARON doesnt like it and she uses andys or something close to andys, andys is real good, good luck

Thank you VERY much, Beagle. That gives me a good place to start. We like ours fairly hot, too. Hopefully we'll catch a mess this weekend and I'll try at least one skillet of this blend.

    THANKS again!

That's a neat idea, Gary. I'll give that a try, too.
