Has anyone else noticed that they changed their "flavors"??? My favorite is no longer available and YES, I did call BP to verify. Does anyone have a "from scratch" recipe that they'd share that they use on Crappie?
Thanks in advance!
Pat
PS We've tried a lot of others but this was our favorite.

Can You Find, "LIMITVILLE!!!" :D
My favorite is the Louisiana Southern Style!! It is great with the crappie filets
take one part yellow corn meal powderd, one part white corn meal powdered, mix in mrs.dash, powdered marjoran, mustard powder, pinch of garlic, as much cajun seasoning as you like, shake in bag, use to coat fish,
They now have Original, Light and Krispy, Hot and Spicy and Beer Batter.
THE ONE I WANT IS called SEASONED. If I remember right, the "new" Original is a different texture than the old Original as well. The same amount doesn't coat the same amount of fish either.
The guy I spoke with at BP said they changed it this Spring. I had quite a few bags on hand so I got caught unaware. That's what I get for trying to stay ahead of the game. I even went on Ebay looking for leftovers and Googled what I was looking for with NO luck.
Beagle, could you start manufacturing that - put your special recipe in zip loc bags and shipping them to various folks for a fee? :D
