I think star burst is a missile defense system, they are very hot and throws off heat seeking missiles from tracking the jet.

Yup. Depleted uranium shells not only make swiss cheese out of the tanks... what's inside the tanks looks like it's been thru a blender. The shells bounce around inside shredding anything and everything inside.

Ahhhh, I love the smell of napalm in the morning. It smells like......VICTORY!!

Twain put's on some great air shows now and then, too. The guy's from Whitman come by sometimes. But the best ever was the stealth fighter. A friend and I were in a cove oneday and this guy was looking for someone to scare the crap out of. He did, we were a mess. He was low just off the tree top's. Never heard or seen him til it was to late. Right over the top of us. I can testify, Jesus walked on water, and I came close to being the second guy to do it. LMAO. Whatta rush.

Not a surprise, Gator. Some of our country's best are in those cockpits.

It makes ya proud, to know our tax dollars are supporting us in that manner,,,,,,, and it's kewl when the pilot acknowledges you,,,,,,,, I was bowhunting on the Corp ground around Truman a few years ago, I was walking up a rise to an open field and an Apache chopper rose up over it and hovered, the pilot and I were eye-to-eye at about 50 yards--------he waved and so did I and he backed outta there,,,,,,,it was awesome!
