Always a way around any good law, but eventually it'll catch up with you. But, Speck you're right. I guess there are some scumbags around that just don't care about anybody but "Me,Me,Me". It ought to be the same way for boats on the lake. Not exactly sure how it would work, but it's still something to look at (maybe?).

I was thinking the same thing. It'd make LOZ a whole lot safer.
Teach your kids to hunt and fish and you won't have to hunt for your kids !!

The only way around it is if someone sober is riding with you to blow in it whenever the alarm goes off...If thats the case they should be driving.

I really thought this was already a law.

I knew of a veterinarian in Mid-Mo that had his assistant blow into his alcohol-detecting ingnition switch device during their farm visits etc. It must have been one of their "conditions of employment".

I don't understand why people do this. Many people never see that they are ruining their life until it's too late. Sure isn't worth it.

I'm alright with this but, It could not inforced with boating, lawn mowers
and ect. You don,t need a license to operate these. You can have has
many DUI's as you want and legally drive a boat.

My Brother In Law had one and he failed from using mouthwash. Also if you blow while driving and it fails the engine shuts off. Kind of dangerous if you are on a bad 2 lane with no pull off place.
