Fishing that is. Took another trip to Stockton found lots of fish on brush but not many wanted to go for a boat ride. Lots of lookers and chasers. Changed colors a few times did not seem to make a difference. Then I noticed a bottle of nibbles that had been in my bag forever put one on and got bit. Worked a few times then that stopped too. Beautiful weather very little boat traffic and a tap every once in awhile got plenty to fry. My neighbor keeps looking at me when I get home making me feel bad about not taking him. I took him a couple of times this spring just makes me nervous he is 90 and not so stable on his feet in the boat. But I guess I need to buck up and take him before I can't.

I sometimes hesitate then realize HE will tell you if he can go and you can accommodate them. Since I'm mainly a dock guy or bank can set up a good camp chair with a back and get them comfortable. Or put them on my toon in a fishing seat. Heck often they are just so grateful to be out on the water it really perks them up.

Nice fat crappie = great day on the water. I'm sure he will be in your boat very soon. Then both of you will be happy.
