I finally got into cardiac rehab and have to say it's entirely different than what I expected. St Claire hospital part of SSM and man do these nurses take great care of you. They weigh and take BP then set you up for 3 different activities with harness on you to monitor your heart. Then they come after each piece and take BP again plus they really educate you on what's happening with your heart and what to expect. Really impressed.

Sleeping fantastic every night which is such a huge blessing and No breathing issues anymore. God has truly blessed me with great docs to figure out what's up and very optimistic about future. Folks are always calling to find out what's up but all I can say is I feel GREAT. Don't have a ton of energy yet but since I have mostly stayed home, watching crappie fishing video's, it's all good.
