Thread: Quick limit

Arrive at the cabin waiting for a neighbor who wanted to see my place. Have a while so of course I headed for the lake.

Couple of folks in area where I like to fish but always a place for another. When I set up, I hear hey Keith and look up and it's my cabin partner. Was up at a place he bow hunts at 20 miles away but came up to secure his boT cover which had come up in a big wind previously. He had caught few nice ones so we caught up then started fishing. As other guy was in my preferred spot I tried a couple new bits o brush caught a few myself.

Then gentleman left and I moved over and KABOOM Began. My buddy was still doing what he does and ketchn once in a while but I started ketchn one after another and w good size. Using my smaller jigs 1/16 and 32nds and even 64th they were aggressively biting. Had my limit quickly and headed back to place to wait arrival as Ben had never been there.

My son came with me as unfortunately his Silverado with only 60k miles on it had fried engine because of faulty parts and we stopped on way up to give go ahead and partial pmt for it.
