Usually stock up on sausage, cheese, and beer just before the drive home. Was your charter trip right before going home? Wondering how best to transport the fish especially if charter was early in a trip.
we went monday morning then supposed to go out tuesday morning but weather washed out but Dan keeps the fish frozen for us and we go right from there in big cooler with ice to home. we usually stop at a famous sausage place and load up on that cheese and spotted cow beer but didn't this time as I went to my daughters instead.
