caught 15, I caught 1 but I caught it off of her poles while she went to the back of the boat. On a slow or soft bite, where there little to no aggression, I still
tip with minnows. I can catch fish with straight jigs year round but I can catch more tipping with minnows. Would love to not use them. Stay tuned for the
guys who haven't used a minnow for 40 years and catches more than anyone else on the lake.
I'm fishing a tournament this weekend that does not allow live bait. I'm more comfortable spider rigging so I'm going to stick with that. I think that I'll use nibbles or something like that to tip for attraction.
