    Default Dinner

We cooked the trout I caught Tuesday for dinner tonight. Fried them in butter n olive oil. Also had some sautéed mushrooms with green onions, minced garlic, and sweet peppers. A side of steamed asparagus and grilled ciabatta bread. My my my!!! Delicious. Name: IMG_0152.jpg

    Good eats Maynard!!!!
Long time since I had fresh trout.
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.

Everything except the trout sounds really good. Fished for them quite a bit since I live close to a trout park never did acquire a taste for them. I do like to smoke a couple and eat it cold with crackers.

I still like trout every once in a great while. Got tired of them cause like Richard I live close to a trout park. If I keep em, they go to family and friends.

    Yep, that'll work!
If we did what was most important in life there
would be a shortage of Bibles.................and fishing poles
