Bite has been getting better and better as the lake lowers and the temps outside get hotter. Fished from 2' out to 20' and found two patterns. First was suspended fish at 5'-6' down in 10'-16' of water. That keyed us in to move shallow. Most of the fish were caught in 4'-8' right on the bottom dragging jigs through brush around and off the tree rows. Jigs tipped with nibbles and tipped with minnows were about equal. Caught this good hybrid right before we left at lunch time.

Tim makes them with and with out a under spin blade. It is great in the dirty water we had at lake Fork and lately here on Truman. I also trim the weedguard back some and make a cut that is parallel with the hook shank. Have not noticed any issues with hook sets. He also makes a bunch of nonlead items for the northern guys.
