All the ramps on the Grand arm are closed as of Thursday. Closest ramp will be Shawnee Bend at the dam. I think fish can be caught but it will be tough. Other than maybe a gravel road ramp there is only 3 high water ramps on the lake. One of gem being Talley Bend which I seen a picture of today and it has about 20-25 yards of logs and drift wood up against it. So it will be I useable also. I never like to tell anyone not to come to Truman but in this case I would rethink it and come after the water comes back down. But if you want to come have a good time and some great food. Crappie camp has been moved to Eagles Nest campground on 7 hwy between Warsaw and Clinton.
