I was just up there from Sat until today (5/3) and the fish shut down during the rise. We were lucky to get 4 fish a day with about 2X that many 5 inchers. Cold, windy, muddy, rising water makes for a bad use of vacation time.
Sorry it wasn't a good trip but mother nature is a caprice female thus are best laid plans often go arie. If they were all great trips them it would get boring.
