    not much ice and it was thin at the most, fished brush bluff deep shallow a in the middle. One crappie, one bass, lots of hang ups. white caps and high winds finally got me to begging greg to take me to the ramp... first outing on the water in a month it was nice, slept good last night.....

    Gregs got the boat for those white caps. I'm guessing the crappie caught was under 20". Glad you two got out.

    Yep. Haven't been on the water in 7 weeks. If they were where they were seven weeks ago, they weren't biting. I missed a few hits, but it was tough, tough, tough and another toooooooooooouuuuuuuuuugh. I'll try again soon, prolly gonna put out the rigs and run over the humps and check up the river. There's a pattern out there, but I wasn't on it. Sorry Beags. We'll get 'em next time.
