Saturday, I started at daylight throwing jigs near the bank in Asher Creek. Only caught small males all dressed up in their spawning colors. Headed over to Possum Creek. The Lowrance lit up out on the flat so I trolled through there.
Dang gnats were swarming bad . Don't know how many times I got bit.
Good thing is.......... The gnats weren't the only thing biting. Wound up with 16 good eaters including these two. Best colors wee black and chartreuse early then when the sun came out, pink and chartreuse.
Started to cloud up and I felt a few sprinkles so I headed for the ramp.
