Since Grenada has zero, I would like to tell ya'll about the one at the state park at Enid. We used money that we raised throiugh "friends of Cosssar park" and bought a nice one with a disposal in the center. It easy to operate and clean... no fish smell cause all the carcasses go in the disposal.
Grenada needs to get some at the boat ramps.

Where does the money go from the boat ramp fee's? All the money the fisherman spends in the state of Ms and no cleaning stations!
I carry an old ironing board in the back of my truck, and water in gallon jugs, a 5 gal. bucket for the scarps, it does a good job as a cleaning table and it's adjustable, metal, wash's off real good.

That's a good idea CC!
It's all over but the fryin'......
I ain't ole school and need electricity for my filet knife. Grenada had them when I was a kid and now they are all gone.
If any of ya'll have seen or used the one at Enid you know what I am talking about. ITs a cadillac.

What are these "fish cleaning stations" of which ya'll speak and what are they used for? Me and the rest of the limit haters were all talking and we can't seem to figure out why you'd need one close to a lake.
Grenada spillway has one on either side. They board them up in the winter - guess due to freezing concerns, and open them every spring. Has water, lights and power and everything. Haven't noticed, but I'm sure they are open for business right now. I'll check this week and let you know for sure. However, and I know this will come as a shock to you, I've never used them. I'm always 20 minutes late getting home by the time I put the boat on the trailer already so I can't stop to clean fish anyway. Besides, my trusty saw horses would get jealous anyway.
It's a shame that MS sportsman have to take up a donation to have anything worth using in this state. Never mind that our license fees have been pilfered for years and the double taxation of ramp fees have been instituted and we still can't have facilities worth a flip.
