    Default mud hole Sardis

Buddy of mine fished Sardis today. And did not get a keeper. But he told me the upper part of the lake was running fast. and looked more like mud. Lots of logs and trees floating down also.
Anyone do any good? Hope to fish it Monday and Tuesday. Looks like a 4 hour drive each day. Not many spots to stay or camp .

What about Teckville SR??? You can call Holiday Lodge to find out if there are any spots available... Also, Wyatt's has a few camping spots. These are good if you want to fish the upper end of the lake...

We called around and everything was full. but the gal thinks that Wyatt's may have something open up by then. So I will call her back Sunday.
Lake is up to 252 now. and heard it may come up 5 more feet.

SR, have you considered Clear Creek? I'm not real familar with facilities, but there are camp sites there. A call to COE (662-563-4531) at the dam would give you info.

If the lake is coming down muddy, the mid lake areas might provide better fishing for the first of next week.

Yes we have thought about that. But would like to stay and fish toward the middle or upper part of the lake. Guy were fishing with, Has fished it for 35 years.
