Apparently those guys didnt know how to catch a fish and wanted to see how you were doing it. Happens here all the time when people see you catching fish. Then theres always a jerk that doesnt know which way to troll his boat and is always cutting you off. I usually reel in my fish with the rod stuck down in the water.
