I’ve caught a few at Arkabutla ,,,lots of big cats reside,, You’ll see guys jug fishing year round with cut bait, but if I were you I’d try it along the dam area seeing your bank fishing, just not sure if they allow that,,,I’d also try around the pit,,, it’s a cove there near the dam which has the deepest water in the lake, around 60 ft deep,,,lots of great drop offs and baitfish in there,,,good luck,,,
