    Right now the COE boat ramps are free due to covid. COE offices have been closed since Spring 2020. Can't buy a boat ramp permit last time I called the COE office at Arkabutla. Hope this helps. They said no permit required at this time.

    I would double check that info. Honor boxes have been open at the ramps. And you can call and make an appointment to get a USACE pass or America The Beautiful pass.

    I think you will get a ticket if the COE guys come by the parking lot. Launch fee is $5 if you don't have one of the passes Snubby mentions.

    Yep I called. Have to call when you get to a field office and they’ll bring it out. Or pay $5 at the ramp.

    Luckily I’m not using ramps at the present Corps of engineers lakes

    Bought my lifetime America The Beautiful permit at Enid. Need the exact amount though.
