Lake gauges ( my guess) will be (at least some are this way )Numbers cut out of rubber and pop riveted to a schedule 40 pipe and slid over the existing pipe then drill completely through and a bolt to keep pvc from rising . Like the beaches.

Just seen this post and I don't doubt that the crappie are getting fat but I can tell you that guy coming in on that boat didn't have a limit. Not even close. Couldn't get a bite that day. I know cause that's my fj parked in the parking lot. Didn't see anyone catching anything that day. Lol thanks for the picture though
