After using the same depth finder for 40 years I’d say u should have plenty of money saved to get a fancy one. This is how I look at stuff I absolutely love to crappie fish and deer hunt I buy the best that I can afford if I’m going to take time off from work and spend every chance I get on the water or in the woods I’m buying the best I can afford to give me the best opportunity at whatever I’m chasing.
