I have fished several tail races with lots of success. I can read water and can locate fish very well in moving water no matter how fast or slow. What do folks normally fish for? Are there stripes there? Crappie and cats are easy in moving water. What's the bottom like? Smooth or rocks? Just looking for what gear to take. I'm not looking for honey holes. Just places with good access. Are there rules specific to the spillway there?
