Lacks about 9 feet before it gets to the point. I don't think any fish could come up the emergency spillway walls when water is running over. Probably 150 feet long on a 45 degree slope so I'd say no. (I have been wrong tho)
At this point it would take a lot for it to go over the emergency spillway, lake is very spread out now but it could happen, prolly stay on a rise for a week or so without any more rain.
