Its all good guys Ive been catching good fish until a Thief decided to take my fishfinder and well I lost my waypoints and marks so guess I need to head out there tomorrow and find and mark them again on this new one I just bought. I would like to know if I should take back this lowrance hook7+Maps for a better mid range fishfinder any recomendations would be greatly helpful.
Depends on finances. Both that unit and the one you lost have about equal picture display. Garmin might be just a little better but maps to me on our lakes are more important than those crystal clear images most people prefer. Hook7 has a better mapping of the 2. But I would rather have the helix7 and the Lakemaster chart for the big 4. Much better map than either of the others.
Slabin are you the guy with the 17ft camo boat and 50hp merc I see out there at arkabutla?
I too have caught some good fish and have drove some stakes in the past as well, but if folks are giving up their secrets hit me up with a PM as well.

Lol Ive spent my whole life on that lake. I wouldnt ask for marks on sardis enid or grenada bc I havent paid my dues on those lakes like I have on the butt, haha good question tho. They arent secret spots by any means lol.

You could give out way points and exact coordinates on that lake and wouldn't make much of a difference 7 out of 10 would go home empty handed and defeated. If you can't think outside the box then you don't stand a chance most days, even if you can manage to do that your chances are pretty slim. Go to the big 3 like slabbin says, and hate to hear about the scumbag that got your finder, was at the Walmart in Hernando?
If yall are talking about the Wal-Mart on 64, that's not really Bartlett. Memphis annexed that area years ago to get the tax revenue from Wolfchase. The only Wal-Mart in the Bartlett city limits is one of those Wal-Mart neighborhood stores over in the Day Break neighborhood.
Considering the close proximity to the Raleigh and Cordova areas, the police in Bartlett actually do a pretty good job of keeping the crime down, but no place is perfect.
I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.

I aint got no good intentions.
