Nah, that can't be it. This was at Bayou Point, the rangers are thru there at-least a couple dozen times a day and night. If not mistaken the last couple of times I put in at Hernando Point the honor box was bagged and taped off there. Only thing I can think of is the do it cause all they rain we had ruins all those little envelopes to put money in, if that's the case they need to redesign those boxes with a rain shield.
