    Welcome from the Top of Mississippi! Rule #7. No such thing as a stupid question. We like 'em......It makes us feel important and think we know everything! It gets kinda wild here sometimes, especially when it's been a long winter and high water. And boy, this winter has been a humdinger!! People from other State Boards visit over here just to watch the circus!! (but they all like to come down here and catch our slabs).
