What poles do you have? On my new 10’ Blades one rubber holder is up on the black part and one is on the lower anchor pole.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

Mine is an 8' and both rubber connectors are on the white pole with the stainless adjuster at the top.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

Mine are 8s. Both connectors are on the white pole. The kit contained larger adapters for the 10 foot poles so that one of the connectors could be attached to the larger black part of the pole. 8s use the 4 small diameter bushings, 10s use two small bushings and two large bushings.....

There are 2 velcro straps that fit around the each pole and paddle for use while traveling down the highway to keep
the paddles from getting wind damaged. They fit in an indenture on both sides of each paddle on the lower half. That's
all the straps I know about. I'm strapped out.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

Heck I dunno. They’re mounted, may not be completely right but I have 8’ and I had to put both of the anchors on the black part, couldn’t find a bushing to fit on the white part!
