    No length in fire extinguisher requirement of operator can't grab fuel tank and throw it overboard!!!!

    Most of these boat regulations are practiced in most states. Not sure as to why so many folks are surprised when they travel out of town.

    Only when the big motor is running. You do not have to wear it while fishing.

    Also, if you are trolling cranks with the big motor the ranger on Sardis has checked me with no jacket...ymmv.
