    Default Switching styles


    So the ol pontoon is all set for cranking. I love it. Me and the famiky have had soooo much fun doing it.

    That is great for the summer, but I want to try long lining this winter and spring.

    What do I need to switch over?

    Your cranking setup should be ideal for long lining. Just slow down.

    Great. I would like to switch to some lighter rods. I think i will need like 2 6', 2 10' and 2 12'. Anyone got a good source that will not break the bank?

    Walmart or Academy, BnM West Point rods, 8' 10' 12'. Great rods for the money, you can't go wrong with BnM.

    Pinnacle's will work and they are cheap too. I think Grizzly jig should have them.
