    Default Need help


    So, tonight I was rebuilding the fuel pump on the 48 evinrude in the room.

    I was putting it back together and dropped the main diaphragm spring. I can't find that sucker.

    Does anyone have a evinrude fuel pump laying around? The 2 places near me don't carry much stock.

    The worst part is that I am supposed to go to Grenada tomorrow.

    So any ideas from Oxford to Southaven to Clarksdale to Grenada?

    Even Starkville is an option as my dad could pick it up.

    I am headed back outside to look some more.

    try looking for it with a magnet or one of those treasure finders(whatever they call them)....I found a ring in my yard once with one.....

    Anything worth rebuilding is best built over a towel so parts don't go where they shouldn't. Taurus 605 cylinder spring and set screw, fast delivery of 2 weeks at $38. Mine's stainless and all they had in stock was black.
