At the end of the day, I do what makes me happy and my heart feel good. Trying to lead a life worrying about what everyone else thought or trying to please everyone would certainly lead to a lot of misery. I've been in management 35 years and I tell my employees very simple rules. Just do the right thing even when there's no policy or someone looking over your shoulder. Don't worry about what the next person's doing. Integrity first and foremost and treat others the way you'd like to be treated. Nothing new and I know that's deep! Fishing is a sport. Ain't nothing to get all stressed over. Enjoy the outdoors! Last thing I'd do is allow someone on a forum that I don't even know get under my skin. Post or don't post. Be happy!

I think the Russians are behind that 5 lb rumor.

only been here since december but havn't seen much negativity or challenging of results and if someone is a knucklehead, too bad for them. could care less myself but then I am known to enjoy a spirited discussion. This is crappie fishing and anyone lurking here for "secret info" is idiotic, they can join for nada and be part of a wonderful thing. I have been fortunate in last couple of years and several outstanding fishermen have laid a lot of knowledge on me, plus some terrific youtube video's and it has resulted in really increasing my enjoyment and putting fish in the freezer to share with many. why would anyone make stuff up or post same pics? but then lots of knuckleheads in world but usually you can smell them out quick enough.

Looks like Slab and others are making sure the negative nellies are kept in check here and everyone should feel free to share experiences. It's all good and this isn't a competition, it's sportsmanship and fun. I love it here, have met some good people and looking forward to meeting so many more. This is a great sport and can be a wonderful shared experience.
