How do you fish in crappy conditions like that? No wind...no rain? You should stay home....

For me, when the sun popped out, combined with the slick water, it had them super shallow, like less than a foot and a half deep in 6-8 fow. Let at least half a dozen sows get away that would smash my jig and get slightly hooked in the corner of their mouth. A few throw backs and some hits from fish that I never got a visual on means I paid $70 for my fillet-o-fish (singular) today.

That's cheap!!!!! Have spent $70 and had to stop at Macky D's and get a filet-o-fish sandwich on the way home.

I caught all three of my keepers late. Fished 4 hours before I found em. Planning to start this morning where I stopped yesterday. Maybe I found em?
