Thread: When single polling

I use The MirrOlure Knot.

I've always tied direct with a cinch knot 8 lb Mr. Crappie high vis line (green color) it will fade but helps a blind fella like me. I'd think adding a snap is just something else to get hung on and change a more natural appearance. Everybody has their preference. Very rare I have a fish break off. Might lose a jig in the brush but my thoughts are if you are single polling and never lose a jig, you might not be where fish are.
